Ponderosa Pizza started with a simple idea: make incredible pizza in an incredible place. Tucked into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada in Coarsegold, California, we're the kind of neighborhood spot where regulars wave from their favorite booth and first-timers become regulars by their second slice.

Everything we serve is made with care — from our hand-tossed dough (prepared fresh every day) to our signature pizza sauce and 100% real mozzarella. We keep it simple because great ingredients don't need to hide behind fancy gimmicks.
